  • Overlook the sponsors strategy and handle the good relationship with both old and new sponsors  while implementing a strategic plan to ensure generating more revenue
  • Manage a professional, motivated and cohesive department   
  • Overlook the management and execution of  match day operations, 
  • Increase match day attendance
  • Oversee support to the clubs who request our support in developing their own commercial program
  • Oversee the delivery and management of a world class ticketing operation for the QSL and its clubs 
  • Oversee the delivery and growth of a best of breed CSR program for QSL
  • Develop and implement a bespoke merchandising program for the QSL and its member clubs
  • Manage the budget of the Sales Department and ensure expenditures are within budgetary limits.
  • Managing the marketing plan 
  • Raise awareness of the QSL brand , the league brand to become one of the top three leagues in Asia, and assist on plans to develop the brand image of the clubs

Experience
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Marketing ideally in sports industry including 3 years as a Head   or in senior supervisory or Managerial role
  • Proven track record in generating increased sales in a Commercial organization, ideally sports  related industry
  • Proven track record of sponsorship activation and or management
  • Knowledge and appreciation of CSR programs and ticketing software
Qualifications University Degree 
Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to develop & execute marketing and communication strategies
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team with wide ranging skills
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Proficient at developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations
